I've specialized in the Emerald Isle, Cape Carteret, Cedar Point, and Swansboro areas  of Carteret & Onslow counties since my heels first hit the North Carolina sand in 1977. A 2nd generation  Californian, my husband Lee convinced me to give his hometown of Cedar Point a chance and we've never regretted it. In 1986 we built our home in neighboring Cape Carteret, and that's where we've stayed. I earned my NC salesman's license in 1982 while working at Seashore Insurance & Real Estate in Swansboro. They're gone, but I stayed, getting my broker's license about 4 years later, continuing to list and sell property in both Carteret and Onslow County, and earning repeated awards for "Top Producer". My affiliation with Bluewater GMAC Real Estate gives me access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for both Onslow County and Carteret County.
